On the afternoon of June 29, the Forum and Exhibition on High-Quality Development of Sino-French Cooperative Education was held in the first amphitheater of Beihang University's new main building. 徐朝峰在论坛开幕式上致辞，他表示，面对当前新一轮科技革命和产业变革影响，中法合作办学面临新的机遇和挑战，要充分发挥中法工程师学院作为中法合作办学发展联盟牵头单位的示范作用，创新合作模式，强化教育与产业协同融合，深挖合作潜力，推动中法工业和信息领域向更高层次、更广领域、更新模式迈进，不断取得务实合作成果。

Xu Chaofeng delivered a speech at the forum's opening ceremony. According to him, in the face of the current new cycle of scientific and technological revolution and the impact of industrial change, Sino-French cooperative education is confronted with new opportunities and challenges, and we should fully play the role of demonstrating Sino-French Engineer School as the leading institution of the Sino-French Alliance for the Development of Cooperative Education, innovate the mode of cooperation, strengthen the synergistic integration of education and industry, deepen the potential for cooperation, and advance the field of Sino-French industry and information to a higher level so that the two countries' industry and information expand to wider fields and newer modes, and pragmatic results are achieved.

孙明春在致辞中表示，北航中法工程师学院是教育部批准的第一所中法合作办学机构。希望学校聚焦人才培养，为更多中法学者师生交流互访提供机会、创造条件，以教育促进民心相通，推动中法关系行稳致远。

Sun Mingchun said in his speech that Beihang University had a good tradition of cooperation with France, particularly in the field of engineering education, and had cultivated many flagship projects with French universities, and that Sino-French Engineer School of Beihang University was the first Sino-French school approved by the Ministry of Education. We hope that the school will focus on training talent, creating high-quality talent with integrity and competence, fully playing its role as a node, providing opportunities and creating conditions for more exchanges and visits between Chinese and French academics, teachers and students, and attracting more outstanding international students to study in China, in order to promote mutual understanding between peoples and foster Sino-French relations through education.

  6月30日上午，中法合作办学机构院长论坛举行。北京化工大学、长安大学、电子科技大学、东莞理工学院、河海大学、华中科技大学、南京理工大学、南京审计大学、宁波大学、上海大学、上海交通大学、天津大学、武汉理工大学、西南交通大学、中国民航大学、中国人民大学、中山大学、中央美术学院等高校（按音序排列）的中法合作办学机构围绕中法合作办学人才培养、科学研究、数字化转型等内容开展了讨论。

On the morning of June 30th, the forum of deans of Sino-French cooperative institutions was held. The deans of Sino-French cooperative education institutions from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Chang'an University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Dongguan University of Technology, Hohai University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Nanjing Audit University, Ningbo University, Shanghai University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tianjin University, Wuhan University of Technology, Southwest Jiaotong University, Civil Aviation University of China, Renmin University of China, Sun Yat-sen University, and the Central Academy of Fine Arts were invited to attend the forum, and they discussed around Sino-French cooperative education talent cultivation, scientific research, digital transformation etc.

电子科技大学中法硕士项目执行主任郝家胜在报告中表示，电子科技大学-法国鲁昂高等电子工程工程师学院嵌入式系统理学硕士项目，是面向国家卓越工程师人才亟需而建设的中法合作办学项目。电子嵌入式系统，作为计算机技术、半导体技术、电子技术、人工智能技术与行业应用相结合的产物，其本身就体现了科技前沿的融合发展，在经济主战场、国家重大需求和人民生命健康等领域都具有重要的意义。项目引进法国工程师教育理念，结合本校电子信息领域优势，设计了中西融合的综合型培养方案，组建了中法共同组成的高水平管理团队和教学团队，建设了立体化实践平台，开展了富有挑战性的专业课程教学实践，以及嵌入式研学工坊、赴法交流等多种形式的实践活动，育人效果明显。

 项目开办三年以来，即将迎来第二届毕业生。学生成果丰硕，斩获国省奖6项，发表论文13篇，申请专利28项，就业单位包括中国电子科技集团公司下属研究所、地市区科研研究院单位等科研重点单位，也有华为、中国移动、中国电科等电子信息行业领先企业，已逐步获得社会各界的高度关注，已取得初步成效。

Hao Jiasheng, Executive Director of the UESTC-ESIGELEC Joint Master's Program, asserted that the Master of Science in Embedded Systems Program between UESTC and ESIGELEC was established in response to the urgent need for highly skilled engineers in China. Embedded systems represent the convergence of computer technology, semiconductor technology, electronics technology, artificial intelligence technology, and industrial applications. They exemplify the cutting edge of scientific and technological advancement, playing a pivotal role in the economic landscape, addressing critical national needs, and impacting people's lives and well-being. The Msc program introduces the French engineer education concept, combining the advantages of UESTC in the field of electronic information, and designs an integrated training Msc program integrating Chinese and Western elements. It also establishes a high-level management and teaching team composed of both Chinese and French members, builds a three-dimensional practical platform, and conducts challenging professional course teaching practices, as well as various practical activities such as embedded research workshops and exchanges to France. These measures have resulted in notable achievements in terms of talent cultivation.

The Msc program, which was established three years ago, is on the cusp of welcoming its second cohort of graduates. The students have achieved notable success, securing six national and provincial awards, publishing 13 papers, and applying for 28 patents. Additionally, they have gained employment at prominent research institutions, including those under the China Electronics Technology Group Corporation and district-level scientific research institutes, as well as leading electronic information enterprises such as Huawei, China Mobile, and CETC. The Msc program has gradually gained considerable attention from all sectors of society and achieved initial results.
